If you value your mental health, and you love the game of golf, you are probably a great fit! We'll need to discuss the specific areas of improvement you want to make, then we can decipher if this will be a good fit for you . A simple 5-10 minute conversation is usually all we'll need.
No. As long as you are willing to follow the pace of the group in front or behind, it's all good. The focus is going to be more about what you want to improve in your mental game, and very little about your score. Measuring your round by personal enjoyment, and not by score alone is a common goal.
You can do it anyway you prefer. I offer 1:1 work, as well as small group sessions (3 people max).
You can create a group of your own (friends, relatives, family). I offer groups specific to men, women, teens, and families. So, if you are interested in joining a specific group, just let me know! On the course we will discuss topics, and answer questions selected by the group members.
Typically, we will choose a course local to Los Angeles. If you are a member to a private club, we will arrange a tee time there. If you have other preferences, that can be discussed in a consultation call.
Consulting/Coaching sessions on the course can be weekly, bi-weekly or monthly, and often depend on availability. Sessions tend to get booked 4-6 weeks in advance in order to guarantee availability.
Absolutely. We can tailor things to meet your specific needs. I provide remote sessions for Wellness Consulting, Coaching and Traditional Psychotherapy.
